The PUBG Mobile 1.2 update is starting to run on Android, iOS.
Update of PUBG Mobile 1.2: The global PUBG Mobile version has begun to receive the long-awaited update of 1.2. The new update brings a ton of new features to the board alongside various game improvements. Tencent Games says the update will be made available to people starting at 3:00 UTC, on January 12 at the Apple App Store. Android users, on the other hand, will be able to update the game via Google Play Store at 03:00 UTC on the same day.
The new version of PUBG Mobile 1.2 weighs about 615MB on Android. For iOS users, the update will limit them to approximately 1.5GB for them. To upload updated files, the company will need to delete the server for some time. This means that during t9ime, PUBG Mobile players will not be able to enjoy the game.
Users who choose to update the game to the latest version will be rewarded freely. The company has announced that the review rewards will include 2,888 BP, 100 AG, and Acolyte Justice Backpack. Significantly, users will need to update the game before January 17th to receive rewards.
The update to PUBG Mobile 1.2 offers a new limited Runic Power Gameplay, which will be available until March 7. The new gameplay will allow players to choose their type of power at Rune on Spawn Island to gain unique skills during the game. It will also serve as a theme for Royale Pass Season 17.
The new update brings a new weapon called FAMAS. The gun uses 5.56 ammo and will be found on the old battle mode maps.
Apart from this, Tencent Games is also introducing a new Weapons mode, set to launch on February 5 at EvoGround. Also, the update to PUBG Mobile 1.2 will also launch the latest chapter of the game, Metro Royale: Respect.

In addition to all the features of the main feature, the company has added basic performance improvements, security improvements, visual model development, improved space, and performance enhancement, among others.
Note that the update has been released for the global version of PUBG Mobile. The game is currently banned in India under Section 69A of the Information Technology Act. PUBG Corporation is working to bring back the game with a new avatar called PUBG Mobile India but it is yet to be launched nationally.
